Do the crystals really work?
That depends on what you mean by "work." Crystals aren't medicine and we don't make medical claims. What we believe — and what many people experience — is that crystals carry a natural frequency that can influence the energy of the space or person they're near. Think of it less as magic, more as tuning. If you're open to it, you'll likely notice something.
How do I choose the right crystal?
Start with your intention. What do you want more of in your life right now? Love and connection → Rose Quartz. Calm and clear thinking → Amethyst. Momentum and abundance → Citrine. Protection and grounding → Black Tourmaline. If you're unsure, reach out via our contact page and we'll help you choose.
Are your crystals natural?
Yes. Every piece in our collection is a natural crystal — not dyed, not treated, not synthetic. Raw crystals especially will have natural variations in colour, texture, and form. These imperfections are not defects — they're proof of origin.
How do I cleanse and charge my crystals?
The most common methods: leave them in moonlight overnight (full moon is ideal), place them on a windowsill in indirect sunlight for a few hours, or set them near a piece of Selenite, which is self-cleansing and can cleanse other crystals nearby. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight for coloured crystals like Amethyst — it can fade them over time.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind natural crystal, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Natural imperfections are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects. We photograph each piece as accurately as possible so you know exactly what you're getting.

How long does shipping take?
Malaysia: typically 3–5 business days.
Singapore: typically 5–10 business days.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
