Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after a purchase has been made.
We take this seriously, which is why we photograph every piece as accurately as possible — true to colour, size, and form — so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
Natural Imperfections Are Not Defects
Every crystal in our collection is a natural, one-of-a-kind piece. Natural crystals will have surface variations, inclusions, uneven textures, and colour variations from piece to piece. This is not a manufacturing defect — it is the nature of the stone. These characteristics are what make each piece unique and are evidence of its natural, unprocessed origin.
By purchasing from Orphic Crystal, you acknowledge that natural imperfections are expected and are not grounds for a return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orphicrystal@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.
